2025 SFL Raffle - Win Tickets to the AFL Grand Final

The 2025 SFL club Raffle is now on sale. Tickets are only $5 each and clubs will retain 100% of all ticket sales at their club.

First prize is an all-expenses paid trip for 2 people to the 2025 Toyota AFL Grand Final. The prize will include Flights from anywhere in Australia, accommodation, transport, tickets the AFL Grand Final, the North Melbourne Grand Final breakfast and spending money bringing the value of the prize up to $10,000. All up there are 6 prizes in the raffle.

The draw for prizes will be held on SFL Grand Final Day on September 13, 2025 at North Hobart Oval at half time in the main game.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

STFL Community Club Raffle 2025

1. The Promoter is:

Southern Tasmanian Football League Inc (ABN 40154899631) of registered office address: North Hobart Oval, 1-5 Ryde Street North Hobart Tasmania 7001, Post Office Box 714 Glenorchy Tasmania 7010. The abovementioned will be hereafter jointly referred to as the ‘Promoter.’

2. Employees and members of the Executive of the Promoter or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition shall not be permitted to enter the competition.

3. To enter the competition an entrant must purchase an entry ticket at the entry price of $5.00 per ticket from a participating Southern Football League (SFL) club.

4. Closing date for entry will be 4pm (AEST) Friday 5th September 2025. After this date all sold raffle tickets, all unsold raffle tickets are to be returned to the SFL Registered Office address for entry into the raffle by 4pm (AEST) Friday 12th September 2025.

5. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

6. The rules of the competition and the prize for each winner are as follows:

• For each entry ticket purchased the entrant receives 1 ticket into the draw.

• The entrant must have completed payment or in the case of cheque or EFTPOS payment must be cleared in order for their ticket to be valid.

7. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the Promoter’s control.

Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the Promoter.

8. No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable.

9. Winners will be drawn at random at the SFL Grand Final on September 13th 2025 at 3.30 pm, at North Hobart Oval, 1-5 Ryde Street North Hobart. The first drawn ticket will win 1st prize, the 2nd ticket drawn will win 2nd prize, the 3rd drawn ticket will win 3rd prize and so on until 6 tickets have been drawn and all ten prizes won.

10. The winners will be notified by phone call or text on the day of the draw with results published in the Mercury Newspaper on Tuesday 16th of September 2025 and on the SFL’s Facebook Page. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

12. The Promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected.

13. The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

14. By entering this competition, an entrant indicates his/her acceptance and agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

15. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Australian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.

16. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

17. The winner’s name will be published on our website.

18. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to the Promoter and not to any other party.
